Terms and Conditions of Sale – Combustion Hub – Santin Srl

1. Purpose and Portal Access

This website is a portal dedicated exclusively to the sale of accessories and spare parts for industrial burners to professional entities with a VAT number.

  • Registration: Access to the price catalog and purchasing capability are subject to a registration procedure.
  • Pre-authorization: The account will not be active immediately; the company reserves the right to verify the validity of the company data provided and to enable login access within 2 business days.

2. Order Procedure and Confirmation

Given the technical nature of the products and the variability of stock levels, the order submitted by the Customer does not constitute a concluded contract, but rather a purchase proposal.

  • Company Verification: Within 24 business hours of receiving the order, Santin SRL will verify the actual availability of the material and the accuracy of the amounts (including shipping costs and ancillary charges).
  • Contract Completion: The contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of the “Order Confirmation” sent via email by the company. In case of discrepancies or unavailability, the Customer will be contacted for necessary modifications or cancellation of the proposal.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices indicated are exclusive of VAT and any customs duties, if applicable.

  • Accepted methods:
    1. PayPal: For immediate processing after confirmation.
    2. Bank Transfer: Coordinates will be provided in the order confirmation.
    3. Pre-authorized Options: Deferred or specific payment methods may be granted only to Customers previously authorized by the sales management.

4. Shipping and Logistics Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and proportionally to the cart amount, in accordance with a minimum and maximum contribution threshold.

For orders shipped to Italy, a contribution of 4% of the amount is applied with a minimum threshold of €20 and a maximum of €40. The contribution is not due for orders exceeding €1,000.

  • Additional Pallet Cost: For orders whose total weight exceeds 25 kg, a fixed additional cost of €25.00 will be applied for pallet preparation of the goods, necessary to ensure the integrity of the technical material.
  • Customer Collection (Ex-Works): The Customer may select collection at our premises (in person or through their own courier). In this case, shipping costs will be waived, but the pallet preparation cost will still be due if the nature of the order requires it.

5. Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
